ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s), but does not constitute acceptance of that order by Atelier Nanou.

We may also refuse orders that appear inconsistent with the spirit of an artisanal brand, limited-edition release, custom production model, or fair customer access.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the relevant amount will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable banking timelines.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Shipping, returns, and exchanges are governed by our separate policy pages available on the website.

In summary:

  • we ship internationally via DHL

  • shipping fees are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

  • eligible items may be returned within 7 days in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • jewelry may be returned within 7 days only if it is unworn and in its original condition

  • sale items may be returned within 7 days in accordance with our return conditions

  • custom, made-to-order, personalized, or otherwise specially commissioned items are non-returnable and non-refundable

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
