Refund policy

Overview
This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the Atelier Nanou website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be accepted, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

●       Customized or personalized items

●       Made-to-order items

●       Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Jewelry Returns
Jewelry may be returned within 7 days from delivery only if unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any jewelry return showing signs of wear or handling beyond inspection.

Sale Items
Sale items may be returned within 7 days from delivery, provided they meet all return conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping Costs & Duties
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returns, including shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any related charges.
Atelier Nanou does not cover return shipping or customs-related costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact:

Your request must include:

●       Order number

●       Item(s) to be returned

●       Reason for return

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded once received and inspected.
Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days after inspection.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment provider to reflect the refund.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and return fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or explicitly confirmed otherwise.

Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days from delivery, subject to availability.
Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs costs related to exchanges.

If the new item is:

●       Higher in price: the difference must be paid before dispatch

●       Lower in price: the difference may be refunded

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Right to Refuse
Atelier Nanou reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange if:

●       The request is made outside the return period

●       The item is not in original condition

●       The item has been worn, used, damaged, or altered

●       The item is non-returnable

●       The return procedure has not been followed

Rejected items may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
