This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Atelier Nanou website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer international shipping via DHL and Aramex, allowing you to select your preferred carrier at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, selected carrier, parcel weight and dimensions, and order contents. The final shipping fee will be displayed before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared once payment has been successfully confirmed.
In-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days). During peak periods or holidays, slight delays may occur. Processing times are separate from delivery times.
Delivery Timeframes
For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 4–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
For pre-order items, additional production time is required. Preparation may take 10 working days or more unless otherwise specified.
All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment via the DHL or Aramex tracking platforms.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer to release the shipment. Atelier Nanou is not responsible for delays or additional costs related to customs.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control. Atelier Nanou is not liable for such delays.
Failed Delivery & Returns
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If a shipment is undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, any additional costs including return shipping, re-delivery, customs duties, or related fees will be borne by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where required under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
